The fictional character of the girl who's blocking the sites showed up in 2016 and quickly gained popularity in Runet after comics. In 2017, internet-based staff began to associate themselves informally and by Roscoe Watch staff themselves. The girl who introduced Maria told me she was working in the office and that's her first experience as a crucifix. She wanted to be singled out by an unusual character, and that's why she chose RTC-chan. Maria made some changes in its image, but left a permanent symbol of the agency. In general, she remained pleased with the first participation in such a festival and said that everyone had been positive about its image.
