On 29 March 2017, the Magic Arts Museum will open an exhibition entitled " Magic World of Cosple " . The exhibition will include materials related to the art of cosple (from anglol. costume play - " cosmetic game " ) in its directions: photographs of social media formed in collages, books, magazines, festival programmes, objects, suits from a private collection.
To touch it will help collect the most interesting photographs of the domestic cosplexers - people not only living in this world but also creating it with their own hands! Their ideas are implemented with the most conventional materials: eva-pens, conservers, linolums, cartons, glue, textiles and acryll, and the main manual material, their own appearance.
The purpose of the project is to present this original attraction of modern youth, as each of us has a need for self-realization, but not every one of us finds a good way to do so. Unfortunately, these guys are doing this in this way, because for their self-expression, they have chosen a difficult path that requires not only skill, but also artistism, risk and courage.
Each bench has a collection of photographs that familiarizes the creativity of each of the magicians who steal their own world and the world of others.
The whole complex process of forming cannot be demonstrated, and it is not as beautiful as the outcome. Each cospiter creates many images, plays festivals, takes pictures at conventions and professional photographers, often finds friends and creates cosbends with them for joint photos and speeches.
The specimen of the most successful images of one cospleter is shown on each of the walls:
The first photo is a young man or girl who is what they are in real life: a student or office manager, a schoolboy or athlete;
The second picture is their image: the characters of the show, the film, the anim, the comedian or the manga, which may be the original of their own imaginary, naphthalized image;
The third photo shows the performance at the festival stage;
The suit details are then presented in the process of being created.
An important distinguishing feature of the cosperer is that he's a man of all hands: a swirl, a crafter, an artist who's desperately waving a sword in the eyes of an intelligent, but always a good, festival public. Maybe he's doing this for the first time, but with the support of friends who coexist with every movement and the spirit, he'll do it!
